Put in your bid for a container!

The city of Lausanne purchased its first play container in 2016 and has been using it consistently as a “hiking box” ever since: each neighbourhood can submit a bid for the next location and is then awarded the container – or has to make do with a place on the waiting list.

The Swiss love their play container and call it “La Cabana”. They find this is much better than “KuKuk Box”, which can sound a bit rude to French speaker’s ears!
